Thank You Cascade Orienteering Club!

The recent 'Big News' here on RunBosco.com is that I (Rebecca Jensen) have been elected to the first ever USA Mountain Bike Orienteering Team and will represent the USA with Susan Grandjean (CROC) and Abra McNair (CROC) at the World Mountain Bike Orienteering Championships in Hungary this August!

Unfortunately, the effort to organize a US MTB-O team did not happen until after the OrienteeringUSA budget had been set for the year. While all US Orienteering teams have to do some fundraising to take part, our team really started from zero.

That is why it is so exciting to have my club, the Cascade Orienteering Club, support the team with a graciously large donation to the US MTB-O team that was again, graciously matched by an anonymous donor.

The Cascade Orienteering Club now has representatives on the US Foot, Ski and Mountain Bike teams!
