Winter O': Mercer Island

Winter O' is back!

Winter O' Series #1, Mercer Island, 2011 from Rebecca Jensen on Vimeo.

Run with me! This is a control-by-control recap of my race on Course 7 (advanced course). Listen in on my thought process and witness my mistakes and recoveries. Little instructional morsels are laced throughout.

NOTE!: The Mercer Island meet was trails only. Off-trail travel was not permitted. Typically, off-trail travel is the heart of orienteering and essential to a competitive time!
